\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Le bois lamell\u00e9 crois\u00e9 (CLT) est un mat\u00e9riau de construction \u00e0 base de bois, qui se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme d’un panneau multicouche constitu\u00e9 de 3 \u00e0 11 couches<\/strong> de lamelles ou lames de bois coll\u00e9es entre elles. Chaque couche contient des lamelles dispos\u00e9es dans un seul sens.<\/span><\/p>

La structure en bois massif utilis\u00e9e dans nos modules assure une bonne inertie thermique<\/strong>, pendant que les panneaux en CLT assurent le contreventement, c’est-\u00e0-dire la stabilit\u00e9<\/strong> de l’ouvrage.<\/span><\/p>

Le CLT peut se passer de pare-vapeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et propose peu voire pas de risques de “fuite” d’air.<\/span><\/p>

Il peut aussi faire office de finition<\/strong> int\u00e9rieure, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 rigidit\u00e9, et offre une faible \u00e9paisseur<\/strong> de plancher\/toiture.<\/span><\/p>

Quand \u00e0 l’assemblage, celui-ci \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en grande partie en usine avant la livraison, la propret\u00e9 du chantier<\/strong> est assur\u00e9e (on parle alors de dry construction<\/em>).
<\/span><\/p>

Quant \u00e0 l’\u00e9paisseur des parois par rapport \u00e0 une construction traditionnelle : de 8 \u00e0 12 cm en CLT au lieu de 17,5 ou 24 cm en blocs b\u00e9ton. Le gain sur la surface nette<\/strong> n’est pas n\u00e9gligeable !<\/span><\/p>

Quelles diff\u00e9rences avec une ossature bois ?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

L’alternance de l’ossature bois et de l’isolation souple provoque pour sa part une faible inertie thermique<\/strong> et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d’ajouter un contreventement compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/span><\/p>

Dans une ossature bois, le pare-vapeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est obligatoire et entra\u00eene de nombreux risques<\/strong> de “fuite” d’air.<\/span><\/p>

Enfin, l’ossature bois implique de pr\u00e9voir obligatoirement des finitions int\u00e9rieures et offre une \u00e9paisseur de plancher\/toiture nettement sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong> au CLT pour une <\/span>port\u00e9e \u00e9quivalente.<\/span><\/p>
